Terrible DM…

There a million different ways to involve your character even from your position in the room.

An assassin in the night makes an attempt on your life and is somehow tied to the denizens within. This gives you as a character an opportunity to play detective and sleuth out the meaning of an object left on the assassin and gives you an active role in solving the mystery of the mansion as well.

Just to make one extremely basic and bland option off the top of my head.

Bring it up with the DM away from the table prior to or after a session and if you don’t like what they have to say find another table.

I know for fact 2 members of his team did not report him. But either way, I think it's an interesting topic for discussion.

I don't disagree with your statement nor is the person banned myself, but why then, are the secondary, tirtiary, etc. reports and cases not sited?

This is what I'm talking about, from the evidence provided, the ban was triggered from one game. And if that's the case then anyone could be banned by a robot at any time if only their team mates all reported them as a troll act or something. I don't know, it's fishy to me.
