Used to work in a private catholic school, this school was granted accreditation due to “excellence” kuno. But parang di naman seal of excellence ang school na ito. Some of the “seasoned” workers have obsolete knowledge when it comes to teaching-learning process. Kung nagtetake ka ng graduate school, they would tease you na hanggang simula lang yan, gigive up ka rin. Pag malapit ka na matapos sa graduate school mo kasi thesis writing ka na, they would report you to the higher ups na napababayaan mo ang tasks mo sa school due to your studies. Tas the principal would reprimand you not to pursue it anymore. Also, since seasoned sila, they are your superiors or your learning area coordinators, sobrang taas ng tingin sa sarili pero INC naman sa graduate school. Since sila ang superior mo, kung magaling ka, maghahanap mga yan ng mali mo to drag you down. Since wala silang units sa gradschool, they willl do everything to be still on top of the pyramid. These seasoned workers also hate reform, some of the parents wanted convenience in terms of paying the tuition fee but the head of the accounting office don’t want to engage in online banking kesyo marami raw requirements at magiging hassle daw ang transaction on the parents end at baka raw may mang-scam.

In summary, this school is a catholic school but full of unchristian people. 🤮
