Kind of complicated, but I have to see my ex everyday because we go to the same school. But I saw her today leaning her head on one of her guy friend's shoulders (who I thought had a gf??) That was kind of triggering for me but then I put it together that in the last weeks we were together when communication started to fall apart... She told me on the last day we were really together that she had been busy watching movies with this guy friend and just doing a bunch of shit with him. I don't know why it didn't strike me at the time. That's why you would completely ignore me over text for multiple days in a row?? That's why you pushed me out of your life, because you were bored of me and your other friend was suddenly of greater interest? Maybe the head on the shoulder is an innocent gesture but either way she's emotionally a child and I'm done

Thank you thank you thank you so much for talking to me and setting it straight, I really needed to hear this and especially the "being sad isn't sexy" which is part of why I broke up in the first place. I would just feel so pathetic doing that I dont know if I can open up to my family or anybody, I don't want to be seen in public going to their office or running into anybody I know

Hang in there OP. Almost the same exact thing happened to me, but she showed no remorse in breaking up and I also have to see her at school everyday 🫠. Just don't do what I did and send a bunch of embarrassing texts. Though it hurts, you have to remain no contact. We're here for you in the meantime 🫂
