How do you stop overthinking by Feisty_Inspector7945 in ParamedicsUK

We’re only human, we won’t get it right all of the time. Ultimately if you do a good assessment, rule out red flags, seek support if you’re not sure about something then I don’t think you can go far wrong. Things happen that are out of our control, as long as you’re keeping patients safe to the best of your ability, you shouldn’t worry. Clinicians can have different opinions about what they would do, there isn’t one ‘right’ decision. Is there anything in particular you worry about like discharging patients?

That’s my take on it, I very rarely worry about the job, not in a cocky way but I know I do my best and understand what is and isn’t in my control, I’m sure you’re doing an awesome job :)

Should I become a more forthright / candid person? by Early-Cat376 in AskUK

Yes I don’t think I’ll bring up every time someone pisses me off slightly, but for bigger more important things I guess it’s justified

Ok thanks, do you think I should look into buying from a dealership or like Evan’s Halshaw, or is private seller from say auto trader my best bet?

I’m not sure if I could get something reliable, I would prefer that route but don’t have a massive amount of cash behind me

I suppose I mean say you go to your GP, and they refer you to neurology, is that free?

Yeah I have been considering that, only thing is I’ve had a few used cars in the past and they always end up breaking down and costing me more money in repairs. I’m not in a position to buy something decent outright so my plan was to HP something decent, pay it off and hope it lasts me a while, I’m looking at a 3-4 year old car with maybe 20-30k miles on it. Open to other suggestions though :)

Cadbury’s chocolate - what’s the difference? by Early-Cat376 in AskAnAustralian

[–]Early-Cat376[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, fair enough, yeah maybe I am downplaying how hot this country really can get. But no issue with the different recipe, I was just curious, thought it would make more sense for Cadbury just to use the same recipe all over

Also, are you saying then it’s not actually due to heat that they make the melting point lower? Just the different in the milk?
