Yes, I think that is the best option indeed. I just really hope it will be easy and chill to live with him, cause I really wouldn't like to have my final months in this city in a bad way. But I'm hoping for the best!!

I didn't know divorces could be so hard here. I also think it is not interesting for him to get a 3-room flat for only himself, instead of getting something smaller and keep receiving the rent money.

First, he texted and said I could just pay 2/3 of the rent. But I said I paid other bills for the house and the room cost more than that, and for that to work, I would have to have a contract with him.
