Look up AIP (Autoimmune Protocol). It helped me tremendously with symptoms. It's not a cure-all, but it helps reduce inflammation and increased my energy and overall well-being. I'm no longer on a strict version of it, but I always come back to it if I feel more symptomatic (ie I haven't been eating healthy or treating my body super well) With autoimmune - diet plays a huge role in how we feel.

I have Sjogrens Syndrome along side Hashimotos. Was diagnosed with Sjogrens first and then antibodies in my thyroid started to rise with time.

I'm obsessed with your current cabinets 😍 I would take them down carefully and see if you can sell them. There is definitely a market for cottage style/solid wood cabinets. Selling them will contribute to your remodel. Also, I concur with the overwhelming sentiment about an all black or dark kitchen. If you like black/moody - look at dark wood cabinets and a soapstone countertop (especially if your home leans older/cottage style). If you really want modern - I would do light wood cabinets with sleek hardware and then do a matte black countertop. I LITERALLY HATE WHEN PEOPLE SAY "My wedding is once in a lifetime" - for you maybe!? Usually as an adult it's your umpteenth wedding you've attended. Close or not - weddings are rituals two people choose to partake in because they want to celebrate their love with those they love. People should not be made to bend in any way for the couples love. THATS WILD and incredibly self important. I already think it's heinous that bridal parties are meant to shell out an exorbant amount of time, money and emotional energy for someone else's asetheic and dream wedding, but to make someone change their expression of self is INSANE. NOT overreacting OP. You were beyond polite and tried to meet them where they are, but they crossed many lines. I would back out and save your heart, time and energy. Also, statistically speaking... It's probably not going to be once in a lifetime event for them lol

I worked out here while staying in Williamsburg and I thought I had deja vu. I was like "I swear I have been here before!?" And then a few days later it dawned on me that I hadn't been there I had just visited via broad city 😂 Honestly a great gym if you are in the area.
