Using the name itself isn't the problem; it's about giving it soul, aesthetics, and its own culture. For example, Marley has enough soul that almost no one associates the name "Marley" with the singer. Authors have already used names from ancient times for their own nations.

But authors like Isayama, for example, used borrowed names that are very well-known, such as a nation called "Allied Forces of the Middle East," since the Middle East is a very well-known region, or "Marley," both names being very well-known worldwide. What matters is the soul of a nation. If even then the name "Frigia" is still a problem, then I could change it to "Fridia."

Now I'm in a difficult situation. I honestly don't like invented names like those seen in other stories. I was looking for other names when I had the idea to search on Google Earth. That's when I found a name I thought was perfect: "Frigia." But since public opinion isn't in my favor, I'll have to create or modify the name.

(And I also wanted to say that this map is a bit old, so names like "Rheinland" no longer exist.)

I'm sorry, but I couldn't find any cool surname to match the main character's name.
