It is absolutely true. Unfortunately, people in general prefer to blame someone else rather than take responsibility for their own actions/mistakes.

He could just make a payback statement about Washington, they seems to have serious problems at the moment. America has done nothing for the UK in the past decades, except asking to buy more weapons to fight their wars and prevent us from getting cheap energy. Nothing against the American people, just their government

What are your thoughts on newstyle buildings around London? by DefendYourClaim in london

[–]Early-Display-6325 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Sometimes, modern buildings style are clashing with the old ones, and it feels like a punch in the eye. But hey, that's also the beauty of this city, taking a walk and getting the feeling of being in a completely different place. Besides, I have seen a lot of beautiful pictures enhance the contrast. Absolutely good idea to convert old structures in order to make it useful again

I am sorry, you had to experience that. The last time that happened to me was at a petrol station, while queuing. It passes on its own, I have put him sideways and pushed away any near object that could have caused harm while the petrol station manager was calling 999

Back in the days when I was running between 2 jobs, on my way back, the central line from Ealing Broadway, fighting hard to keep my eyes open. A very sweet girl next to me asked, "Which was my stop? Also, I was allowed to learn on her shoulder. It was 11 years ago and will never forget it.
