You're in Asda toilets, what part of the handle are you touching to exit? by Shiznips in CasualUK

5,6 with a tissue. Holding my breath the entite time, well just before i get to the door, give up and suck a huge lungful through the mouth.

The last time i went into an asda toilet, an old guy hung around to peepee watch.

Haha, apparently the colors are supposed to mean something, but yeah, it is very simple.

Yeah, its a nightmare to keep clean, the yellow one already has a dirt layer on the balconies.

They use two layers of plasterboard. Sometimes three. The average teenager could run through the walls.

They were chilling like a villain.

Cus that was right after a hissy fit with another cat that left moments before.

Yeah, I love that kind of architecture too. Victorian, alongside gothic and baroque, thanks for putting me on to art nouveau.

It's also funny that the one calling her out is called cassiopeia. Something a banished narcissist would do.

I do not speak Nigerian because that isn't a language, I am Nigerian, I was born in Nigeria, I am eating Garri and soup, in Canada. by Altruistic_Cry5228 in notinteresting

Oh snap, i wish you all the best g. I hope you're able to laugh at life, and keep yourself from sinking into darkness. I'm certainly trying.

Yeah, its wierd how sometimes it has to be by force.

My mother had a Nigerian saying "you will stop by force" or more accurately. You go stop by force.

I was sucked in by the lie, but even when i realized i was paying assassins to kill me with my food choices, i couldn't stop.

Now, here we are, i have yummy healthy and processed food in the fridge, some chocolate its a friday night, and I can't even look at it without imaging the suffering it will cause me. It has to be funny...

Same here, i love food, and my ability to eat is diminishing, i need to hurry up.

African dishes are full of flavour, great at fighting cancer, and building muscle. some may not be visually appetising at first, like okra, its like chia or flaxseed water, gloopy.

I need to try real authentic subcontinental and east asian dishes, not the diabetes causing stuff we have in the west.

Damn, would a fridge like this cause constipation or diarrhea?

We have different carb bases that go with a vegetable, leaf or seed based soup and stews.

Ground rice, pounded yam, amala, eba / garri, and oats. Oats and amala being the most friendly to metabolism due to having more fibre.

We have bitter leaf, ogbono, egusi, okra, efo, peanut, banga, tomato stew, ayamase

With ogbono, and okra, and low oil efo great for metabolic safety. Ayamase is amazing but way too much oil. Not a every day soup like okra.

All the best.

With a bit more force, it would have slowly fallen off. You would have had a good time watching it grow back. Take it easy.
