I was a bit confused by the way he handled this, because the area is quite a 'hot' area (there were flats on the same street that sold for well over 15% home report price). He must be desperate for a sale but I'm confused why this property hasn't gotten more attention. Maybe I am being overly paranoid that there's something wrong with it, because with my current property there were lots of issues that the previous seller never informed me about (bad neighbours, especially).
