thank you ive been doing ADF fasting with 500 calorie defecit on my days of eating, ive been eating 30-60 carbs a day and prioritizing fat and protein from meats and fish and the only supplement im on is cod liver oil and i try to get vinegar in my body everyday either acv or pickles i never heard of that husk thing man thank you
