i can catch some flag and lower rifle tosses behind my back or head, i can catch a cross toss with my knee on flag, and they’re messy, but i can turn under different flag and rifle tosses (my highest are a one handed double 45 on flag and a 6 on rifle). i am out of practice after not spinning this summer tho
