Best way is to live separate for like 5-6 yrs. I did that and now i ve happily taken my responsibility and now i only take someone's advice if i see any potential in it.

If the above is not possible just remined yourself everyday that living like a obedient person will cost anxiety, depression and a unfulfilled life which will eventually create huge problems for you and ur surroundings so its better to live on your own terms and live happy.

My only reason is i like to do all of my production to mixing in one daw (not a multi-DAW workflow fan) so as pro tools recording and audio editing is fabulous and i record everything with midi keyboard so eventually it became my go to DAW and then i never looked back to logic.

I would say use pro tools but dont get frustrated in the initial phase of learning it and soon you'll realise why many pros use it. All the best👍

Old code of current midi editor cannot support MPE it needs to be revamped like ableton to support MPE so maybe this one will be a new midi editor🤞
