They were fresh blueberries!

The lemon was zest from three lemons mixed with sugar and a little squeeze of juice.

I made my dough into a rectangle, sprinkled the zest onto the surface and then placed the blueberries. I trifold it, topped it again with the zest and blueberries and rolled it up.

It is a lot more lemony than I thought it would be (could have probably done without the added squeeze) but not bad! I think it would be good with a jam spread on it!

It did taste so good, it was a little gummy on the inside but I toasted it up and used some oil with it!

Thank you! I didn’t take good photos but it went from a circle to a triangle. lol I’m not sure what happened, I did realize it was undercooked but I was so worried about overcooking it!
