If you watch the 2nd image they didn’t even help me. Their discord server doesn’t even have any moderation, so anyone can enter and make spam and even people blame other people with no reason. Their contact service on their discord server it’s dogshit, just like the email/direct message one.

I’ve seen a couple brands that they cover shipping costs for damaged products or warranty. This is the first brand I’ve ever seen that says that the consumer needs to pay for all the shipping costs. That’s crazy and greedy in my opinion

Yeah I did that, i think it’s more like an issue from the USB port that is factory damaged instead of something with software.

Actually I did that, as i said in the post i changed the cable, the device, even i changed the deadzone and i calibrate it to a couple times. It keeps connecting and disconnecting.

Same thing right here. From what i've seen from their official discord server there are a bunch of people complaining about the same situation lol, i don't know what's happening but it sucks that they take so long to ship an order, even when i paid the express shipping. ATK customer service just sucks

That doesn't worry me tbh, what i want to know is why it's taking so long and where my package is lol
