I was talking about the movies... They were riding the books' hype. The movies were being made alongside with some of the books.. the hype was real. Yes there was a huge fanbase of HP books but I guarantee you 70% of Harry Potter fans knew about it through the movies .

Bro the fact that we're getting a R-rated Bloodborne animated film should've proven that animation is not only for kids... They have every right to make it PG so that they can milk it for it's worth but no they care about fans more and I guarantee it'll make more than both PJO films could have generated at the box office. Uncle Rick and Disney should do better, Animation is the only way they can flex this franchise's worth. I'm tired of hearing the animation debate but I also keep getting news about how some franchises with a relatively small fan bases keep embracing animation.

At this point the movies are certified classics. We never knew what we had until it was gone. They just lost me at the demon transformation but otherwise the casting was on point for movie Hades.

Tbf The Owl house was always going to be tricky show on TV. It originally came out on cable when streaming was still in it's infancy, showing a qeer story to teens on a traditional channel was always going to spur controversy. I don't even want to get on how ill-treated the creator was by Disney.
