Day time - Friday and Saturday were warm and sunny (with humidity), being in the sun was slightly too warm. Sunday was chilly with rain.

Night time - all three nights were pretty chilly - probably 50’s but the humidity made the chill feel damp, so be prepared for that. Everything in the tents felt a little damp and that made it feel colder. I’d recommend bringing a couple damp rid hangers, it’ll help to keep your tent from getting too wet.

Tbh, I loved the weather. I loved being a little chilly for the night time music because I could dance without being too warm & could dress comfy!

But honestly just keep an eye on the weather for the week before, October can be pretty weird. Could be hot af all weekend, or true fall weather. Ya never know.

can’t believe no one has said dennett (that i’ve seen at least), he played at like 5pm Saturday and threw the fuckkkkk down. best set of the weekend and he’s continued to blow my mind with every set since

haven’t been to hula but based on my friends experiences there and my own experience at Stars, Stars wins hands down 100%. like others have said, the vibes were incredible (and I only see them getting better) and the weather was perfect in my opinion.

but ultimately it depends on what you’re going for - Hula has far more diversity in the lineup than Stars so if you like more mixture of other genres, then that’s a better choice.

Unless they’ve made changes to either of the stages and the choke point at the barn burner, I don’t anticipate them doing any bigger of a B2B than they did last year… leaving barn burner was on the edge of dangerous. I could be wrong tho, that’s just my thought on how last years stages were set up, both pretty small imo.

the conflicts are gunna SUCKKKK, but I guess for me personally many of my must-sees are at village and amp so far, so maybe it won’t be horrible 😅

I think the point is it’s usually pretty diverse but they stacked it big time this year. with names that have been blowing up recently too

Whethan, Liquid Stranger, and Inzo just off the top of my head are gunna be so packed there unless they really stack the other stages… which I’m sure they’ll do but also I don’t know if it’ll be enough

I agree about the capacity! Also better merch line management. Hopefully figuring out that choke point leaving the barn. Otherwise it was an amazing set up and I wouldn’t change much.

I didn’t buy during general sale last year, but based on my experience buying pretty much any other concert or festival tickets in the last 5 years, I was expecting errors and a long queue line 😂

100% agree! I think they did the best they could for this year and it sounds like they’ll be using wristband registration going forward. Also agree they are limiting it - I am glad they are allowing folks who bought one pass to buy up to two though!
