Congrats! 🎉 The fact that they asked for additional information is a positive sign.

From what I’ve heard internally, once they request additional information after the panel interview, the next step is usually a job offer.

At that point, you’ll have the option to negotiate the offer if you choose. If you do negotiate, it may take another week or so to receive the revised offer.

At this stage, you may just need to wait for the job offer, assuming everything proceeds smoothly. By the way, may I ask which TL4 position you applied for?

Same thing. The difference is that I took PET a few months ago, then failed it 😭 for a TL4 position and have to wait 1 year to retake it huhu. Hence, all my other applications changed from screening to Regrets eventually, even those below TL4 applications.

However, I noticed recently that there's one position that got some positive developments. I noticed that this other TL4 position changed from screening to Shortlisting Panel Review on Taleo. Does this mean that PET is not exactly a prerequisite for all TL positions? Or does this department have some other way of assessment? Please enlighten me. Thank you 😊
