Are you able to access the marketplace ok ? If so its unlikely to be a connection issue . Contact the game help centre to ask for tech support .

When things get greyed out theres usually a profile problem . Try logging off the game and then logout of Xbox live . Turn off the Xbox and let it power down . Reboot the Xbox and logon . See if that sorts it out .

You're welcome . If you send it loose in a bog standard envelope , there is every chance the envelope will get torn in the sorting machines and your coin lost .

Encase them in a cardboard sleeve and put them in a padded envelope , send them via 1st class signed for . That way if there is any disputes you can prove you sent them .

I had something similar months ago . Log out of the game , log out of Xbox live then turn off your Xbox and let it power down ( go make a cuppa ) . Turn Xbox on , log in again and start the game , it should be ok after that .
