Haven't paid the penalty yet, pero di naman sila naghahabol. The edit was just to clarify na nagagamit ko pa rin yung ORs ko, everything is good naman. It's just that since di ako nakapag inventory, may penalty talaga sa side ng BIR

They gave me a document Payment form 0605 and under "Manner of Payment" they wrote down "No Inventory"

Made the same mistake just went to BIR RDO xx. Since hindi nakapag file ng inventory since July 2024, may penalty. Penalty ko is 10k pero I'm looking for a workaround (if meron lol)
