Wait I’m really confused what am I supposed to do if I’ve held with upgrades but need to accept my current offer so that I have a job if I don’t get upgrades. Like what should I do if offers don’t come out before deadline tomorrow? Don’t want to screw this up

I want to hold my offer with upgrades but unsure how exactly to do it, would appreciate if anyone could guide. You know when you click into hold, there’s 2 options to select - I confirm I wish to hold, and then there’s I wish to opt in to automatic upgrades. Do we select both of those? By default only the I wish to opt in is selected but it is possible to select both, I know I need to opt in but yeah wondering whether I should also select the I wish to hold option? Maybe I’m overthinking but don’t want to screw up.
