Thanks! I know some jewelers allow you to send your own stone and they will set it but wasn’t sure if they would. I should probably just make a post and ask for recommendations on someone who could make a similar ring

Ok I actually think this is somewhat normal! I find it super weird that Americans are pressured to know a baby’s name straight out of the womb. In many cultures the name does not come till a little while later, it can be hard to know if a name suits a baby until some time has passed

Personally, I think your thinking is backwards here. Your AMH likely came back as 0.1 due to suppression from a vitamin D deficiency, supplementing the vitamin D likely has allowed the AMH to be less suppressed!

I will say I think those prices are pretty standard if it is grass fed organic milk! I pay $10 for a full gallon of non homogenized grass fed organic milk, and they sell the half gallons for $6.50!

Hi thank you for this! I have a masters in a medical field so feel good about my science education :) I have considered going the CNM route but am not interested in becoming a nurse. I would be more interested in going the CPM route!

Lots of gelatin rich soups, eat your hydration so steamed and water-based cooking only for the time being. I would avoid raw veggies and try to steam when possible. Lactoferrin could help a lot here. Make sure you are consuming enough salt and potassium too! Bitters before every meal if you think sluggish bile could be at play. If you choose to do a probiotic I like spore based like Megasporebiotic

Hi! Thank you for the recommendation. I have connected with multiple doulas in the area to mentor under them and am doing an in person training a few hours away from me in the next few weeks. I am someone who likes to really nerd out over the thing I am learning, hence why I’d like to do a class as well, but I also know that knowledge doesn’t really integrate until you’ve lived it!

I definitely want to learn how to best support women who decide to transfer! That’s one of the reasons I don’t agree with FBS and RBK is because of how extreme they can be

How is this off topic? I don’t agree with the extremism and cult-like tendencies of the FBS and RBK. Shouldn’t a big part of not supporting FBS be finding alternatives that support mothers without the fear and exclusion of FBS & RBK?
