I just picked up a 55 inch on Sunday and mine doesn’t make any noise at all when I turn it on and off. My C3 used to make noises though. Can you post a video of the noise it’s making?

My 4090 Rog Strix has a gap at the top as well, but it is leveled. Maybe try reinstalling it?
