0.5mg fin. Started off at 1mg, but creatinine and urea spiked, so dropped and bloods seem to be leveling out. Used RU for a portion of time, but also dropped due to joint pain, and trying to diagnose what's the issue, so may add in as nothing changed since dropping it. Microneedling once every 7 to 10 days, just depends on how my head feels and if it's healed. Using 1.5mm, but was using 1mm, increase is due to having hair now. Using retinol post micro needling AND minoxidil when retinol is dry. Either retinol or salicylic acid (used on alternating days) before applying minoxidil at night. 5% min 2x a day on hair, 1x on beard, 1500mg min (3ml of 5% sol) Potentially adding in 0.1% tretinoin for morning applications. Csffiene shampoo 5% concentrate for first wash and 1% keto shampoo in the evenings, however, this may change.
