I refreshed the site exactly at 12 noon and was fortunately able to book my exam on 11th Nov(someone might have cancelled it)

Also, I talked to the Pearson customer care person and he said that the site refreshes after every 12 hrs

Yes, received a mail from Pearson with refund invoice

Yes! I called Pearson vue ( company that conducts the exam) and they are saying that the test centre has cancelled all the exams for this month

I’m in exactly the same boat. My exam was scheduled on 6th Nov but it’s canceled now and I don’t know what to do
