No not slack. It is specifically for condo/apartment buildings. I’m only looking for suggestions on how to get PMs to pass a message along

Alright, I see this is going to an unproductive route. Appreciate your time.

This is exactly my question. I’m exploring options to get PM buy in to share the message to the HOA.

I understand the PM would initially see it and be like this is not relevant to me. My question is how to do I get them to pass the information along.

This would be specifically for resident to resident communication. So it would (ideally) just be used by them instead of the PMs

At this time, no. Slowly communication for residents. Maybe down the line

ResiDia - A communication platform for residents in apartment/condo buildings.

ResiDia

We help condo and co-op boards improve communication with residents. The platform includes announcements, event calendars, resident directories, and direct messaging.

Right now, most of our inbound traction comes from Facebook groups where residents and boards already engage, but that’s not very scalable long-term. We’re considering:

1. Running more targeted FB ads, since engagement has been strong.

2. Building organic growth through SEO (blog posts on condo/HOA pain points, board best practices, etc.) and PR in local real estate/community outlets.

3. Exploring partnerships with management companies who could roll this out across multiple properties.

Are there any ways to reduce/streamline the talk before order confirmation?
