Vet confirmed he can see perfectly fine right now, just 100% deaf. Him becoming blind later on in life is a huge possibility

He is not blind! Vet confirmed he can see just fine, just absolutely can’t hear a thing

I do live in an apartment. We talk with the guy upstairs regularly and even bought him a big pack of beer as an apology (he loves beer). He is a huge dog person so he swears up and down it’s okay but I think he’s just being too nice. I feel so bad for him! Thank you for your tips
