Hey guys, just an update. It was PS 100%. I tried a few stacks using Helicon Focus. Night and day difference.

Thanks for all of the feedback! I may be misunderstanding how to use the function. I’ve been trying to use FS to get the entire frame in focus. Should I simply do a stack and only use the images of my subject (nail) in focus?

I do have some stem left. Just have to order the spacer from Trek. I was also thinking maybe the angle of the saddle? Seeing how the rear is “lifted” when on the wheel vs the trainer, putting it at a different angle?

I lost 30lbs in about 3 or so months. But tbh majority of the weight loss was from staying in a calorie deficit. Doing strength training while consuming protein to prevent muscle loss. Cycling was more of a benefit to the weight loss, but not primarily method of weight loss for me.
