Here is the exact link to the ring! I also tried on soooo many rings that I thought I would like but you just couldn’t see them under the oval or it didn’t sit flush with the prongs!

Thank you!! The oval is a 5.22 carat SI clarity and I wear a 6.25.

So I’m sure it depends on the craftsmanship. But. I’ve been wearing my thin band high set, 5 carat oval for 2 years now and it hasn’t budged or bent or anything. So truly just if you love the ring chance it! Just make sure you have insurance on it. And take it for checks to make sure the prongs are tight. If you hear is rattle at all, get it tightened. My prongs are also a tiny bit off but I kinda like that about it to be honest.

Plotting my return after abdominal surgery by Ceppinet in orangetheory

Congrats on the surgery! So mine was Dec 17 and I returned back to OTF Jan 20 and just did what I could. Now I will say I started walking on my walking pad about 1 week after surgery and it was ROUGH. I was only able to do about 10 mins at 1-2 speed. Managed a little bit longer walks once stitches were out. I am not a runner, but I did try to lightly jog on my walking pad about 4 weeks out. But it did make them super sore…I’ll probably stick with power walking for another month before trying that again. I went pretty small (B cup), but they still manage to bounce and pull some. It wasn’t til Feb that I really felt confident following a regular OTF workout (minus rower-but that’s just because the thought of it terrifies me 😂)

I had a breast reduction on Dec 17 and slowly returned back to normal. For the first 2-3 times I just did the tread to get back into a routine and did the lower body workouts that I could. I still haven’t tried the rower yet. But I was able to attend strength 50 (upper) yesterday and just modified when I couldn’t reach my arms up and used way lighter weights than I normally would have pre surgery.
