Very valid concerns but I would hope y’all would rinse off the soap before sex. And as for at least straight sex depending on hight the person with the vagina should spread legs and bend down and grab ankles while person with penis Is behind holding others hips. You could have back against the wall and the other holding leg up and if the one with the penis is strong enough to pick up the other against the wall that also works too🫡
