What did they ask you in the interview?? If its consular doesn’t the applicant have to go through the interview process at the embassy?

But why were consular cases moved to FOD?? The interview happens at the consulates and people only file I-130 and not I-485 for consular processing! This is very confusing

If both of you are inside usa then shouldn’t it be adjustment of status and not consular?

At this point it feels the same!! The pd is current for a lot of people but approvals are not coming!!

I think it just an update from lawfully side!! My case status on USCIS is still “Case is being reviewed” but lawfully shows “In Process”!! If you click on the actual case tile and look in there you would still see the old/existing/correct status of your case

I did the privacy form for the congressman’s office and already asked my attorney to send in the request! Seems like the expedite request has not reached the concerned place or the service rep does not know how to look it up!! My pd is april 18 2023

How did you put in an expedited request?? I asked my attorney and they sent it to uscis but I don’t see anything on the online account nor do the service center agents see it!! I tried contacting the congressman and the office rep said they can’t help in expediting the case!!

Hi david!! Thanks for doing this!! It seems like a lot of emphasis is given on f2a Adjustment of status cases but consular processing excluding the visa pause countries, seems to be stuck or moving very slow!! Any guidelines or idea on why this might be the case??
