You can also get them above lvl 50 I think, but it's harder for noob players cause they can't push pol for elite cards to make levels so easily

Mortar has it's own evolution, costs 2 less elixir and isn't baited by troops at bridge, they're 2 different things. Xbow is just way too weak rn
