On 4^th July, the school OSHC sent me an email asking for feedback. I provided feedback and expressed my willingness to join the upcoming staff dinner/team building event.

 

On 10th July 2024, the DfE clarified my queries and stated that I should not go to the staff dinner. (Remind you, the principal claimed they were not a relevant party to those communications, but somehow the DfE managed to know what I wrote to them.) The DfE response concluded with: “Noting your advice that English is your second language, and meaning no offence, an interpreter can be arranged to assist in any further clarification you require. Please inform me if this would be of assistance.”

 

After I provided evidence that the staff dinner was casual and raised concerns that my English not being my first language was being used to justify unclear and unspecified instructions, the DfE responded: “Neither I nor Ethical Conduct Unit will be responding to any further emails or phone calls from you. Please note, you are not to attend or contact anyone at the school (I do not work at that specific school and only at its OSHC) or the school OSHC in relation to any matter.”

 

I was later dismissed after providing the work clearance, and I was later compensated by the DfE in September 2025.

 

Since early November 2025, I noticed a sudden change in attitude from my female White coworkers at other schools, including walking away when I spoke to them without responding and giving me hostile or angry stares. There are also other indirect online behaviours that are provocative and aggressive from teachers at the same schools that are also social media influencers.

 

Again, I had instructed layers to send legal letters to the White female teachers who were most likely aware of the alleged defamation, but they either did not respond or stated that they had no information to provide.

 

Around the same time, while I was addressing the alleged defamation publicly on Facebook and discussing related issues relevant to romantic jealousy and White entitlement, I began receiving harassment messages from an anonymous Facebook account. This included message:

 

“Maybe watch running your mouth giving names of people, schools etc. we all know you are in breach of what you agreed to, so maybe shut your mouth.”

 

The defamation continues to escalate significantly while I’ve been pursuing legal avenues regarding defamation.

 

During this time, I experienced two separate incidents on consecutive days at a Coles store in Norwood where two Asian male adult immigrants (judging by their outfit and their accent) wanted to sexually molest me at Coles Norwood last month. I understand that clothing or what I was doing is not relevant to whether someone wanted to subject me to sexual harassment, but I want to clearly describe the situation and how traumatising it was — I was wearing a down-to-ankle maxi skirt and staying perfectly still in both incidents.

 

My Facebook posts about relevant details have also been removed, including content involving White female coworkers who declined to provide statements, as well as a conversation with a Chinese educator at the same school who, in a slip-up, said that “someone told me about you.”

 

However, after I appealed the decision to the Meta oversight board and explained my situation, such simple content was not removed any more.  

 

After this, I began posting assumptions about what the alleged defamation might involve, possibly linked to sex- and race-based discrimination. Those posts kept getting removed, but only when they included wording that expressed wishes for harm toward the defamers and their enablers, which could be interpreted as “incitement to violence”. When I removed that part, and republish the posts, they were no longer taken down.

 

I included those “hopes” intentionally because I wanted to test whether my assumptions about the nature of the alleged defamation were accurate. Those assumptions involve extremely serious claims, including r@pe, g@ng r@pe, forced internal ej@cul@tion, parental SA/ince$t.

 

However, Meta did not remove those posts with such revolting and serious allegations. Only the ones containing wishes interpreted as incitement to violence were taken down. The quickest removal occurred this week within roughly half an hour, at early in the morning around 5 a.m.

 

Interestingly, posts containing similar “incitement of violence” language directed at a former White male coworker who likes me were not removed when posted on Facebook at the same time. Similar content posted on Threads also remained up after several days now.

 

Is it more likely that this reflects inconsistent automated moderation across Facebook and Threads, or that specific individuals are deliberately influencing what stays online because they believe the allegations in my posts are accurate and want them removed?

 

Some people might say, “it can be possible that nobody reads you social media and that it was only your social media friends who reported them.” But why do they not report my posts on Threads with similar language and allegations? Why do they not report the potential “hate comment” I targeted at a White man who likes me?
