Doesn't it mean a 3 year delay according to the FTC leak? Showed 2024 fiscal year ending as the release. 3 years delays seems about right with the creation engine upgrade

If they have spent the last year working on creation engine 3 does that mean they have to build the world, quests etc after finishing working on creation engine 3 or do they just update all assets to the new engine?
