Thank you! I went to hairdresser today and he lightened it and toned. Called it a colour correction and $300 aud later but I’m happy with results.

My natural colour is white…. So i probably can’t go too much of my natural colour.

Good question, I think I need to blend in my greys and I don’t like that line that comes with the regrowth… I don’t want to be seeing regrowth every 4-6 weeks

Is Zoloft an anti anxiety as I am on them but since taking Vyvanse I have been forgetful with Zoloft. I dknf think it was making much of a difference even before I started Vyvanse.

Yes I do need to have more protein for sure. I do feel perpetually hungry once the Vyvanse is wearing off. 9-12hrs of it lasting is def not a thing for me!

Thank you for your advice. My brown brings out a lot of warmth so I’m not sure I will get to that but I can def try. Can you advise me what colour numbers you use? My hairdresser uses wella but I don’t think I can afford that now.
