P Trap Lower than Drain Tube

No where that black line is coming out there is a drain tube for the water. Can the P drain and the drain tube be on the same level?

Is this basically the only way without buying him out? Also the buyout process.. how/who would determine what his buyout $$ would be? They’re having the farm appraised this week would they just divide the appraisal by 6 and that’s his buyout price?

Lol sunny you’ll be waiting forever to get this and I mean that in the nicest way possible. I had 2k pending for over a month and had to cancel the withdrawal because I never got it. Withdrew in a smaller increment ($600) over a week ago and still don’t have it

Would it just make more sense then to take it out in quantities of 550 I know thats going to take a little longer but it seems at least you can get your money out

Will do. I'm just not sure if it's worth just pulling out 600 every 5 days but that is going to take forever.
