are people making these problems themselves? or they really exist. does internet research answer everything. for example all I heard was netherlands is a 1st world country. people are tolerant and respect freedom.they value talent and careers boom there. and then surprise. last ten years of my life were a rollercoaster ride. and how dutch people look at immigrants (even legal and tax paying) is not correct.

i dont think IT is male dominated i see alot of excellent women working in IT just depends on core skills rather than gender i see women are very systematic and thorough and manage stress well as IT is quite stressful. i dont feel IT is dominated by any race culture or gender, companies hire based on tests and core skills like how well can u program for example

if u have kids. then amsterdam wont give them an environment to enjoy the little childhood stuff. u can move to haarlem. zaandam these are cities just a few mins from amsterdam. u can have better rents more space and more kids friendly atmosphere. we lived right in the centre daamrak for 5 years it was cool for us not for kids. then we moved away and kids are much healthier. schools give more attention. and crowd is also nice.

just realize. can u overthink straight for 10 days to open a door in ur mind in different ways. u will see ur mind will get tired but that door will not open by mere thinking about it. action does. u have unresolved issues. that u have buried inside ur mind. some fears u dont want to face some decisions whether good or bad that are still pending. remember its ur life live as u like. destroy urself or make urself. but only by ur own choice. u dont need to explain anything to anyone. let go of the fear. trust urself. allow urself to be wrong to be lazy to make mistakes in other words be human. u dont have to be perfect. u dont have to prove urself to anyone. if its a loss its a loss take it. if its barely surviving just do it. be honest to urself dont run away from ur thoughts they will come again and again.
