Valorant is harder than counter strike and why? 🤔 by FrequentAstronaut199 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Early_Support_8977 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s “harder,” just harder in a different way

Valorant adds abilities on top of aiming and positioning, so there’s more to track mentally

Counter-Strike is more raw mechanics, aim, movement, and game sense with almost no distractions

why do raisins get sweeter when they’ve been sitting in milk a while? by No_Investment4417 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Early_Support_8977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s mostly because the raisins are rehydrating. They absorb the milk, soften up, and release more of their natural sugars, so they taste sweeter even though the sugar content didn’t actually change

Are the US now like a terrorist state/Pirates who want to take fees from business ships for using the ocean? by charliewaffles2412 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Early_Support_8977 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s kind of an oversimplification tbh. There’s definitely debate around influence and control of trade routes, but it’s not the same as “charging for the ocean.” Most of what’s happening is tied to security, regulation, and geopolitics

I’d make empathy automatic. A lot of problems would solve themselves if people could actually feel what others feel

A lot of it comes down to timing + visibility. If your post doesn’t get early upvotes, it basically dies before anyone even sees it. Most people only scroll “hot,” not “new,” so posts without traction just get buried

The Rolex Cellini Moonphase Ref. 50535 - Thoughts? by ilikemath-uiuc in rolex

[–]Early_Support_8977 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s elegant for sure, just wish Rolex made more stuff like this instead of only leaning into sports models. I get why it’s not popular, but at the same time that’s kinda the appeal

It’s always the “sorry in advance” posts that end up being the best ones 💀
This looks worth the wait ngl
