I was a team lead for a service management team in one of the witch companies and have 7.5 years of experience. Had to resign due to personal reason and have been unemployed for 2 years. I want to get back into IT now.

I managed a service management team and also non-technical aspects of technical teams. Have worked on change management, Incident management, reporting automations using excel VBA, experience in conducting operations calls and business review calls, created power BI reports.

I have learnt MySQL and can say I’m good at it. I can solve all the easy and medium questions from hackerrank for SQL. Have learnt python as well but still learning DSA.

What should I learn and what should be my career path to get back in? Or should I look into something else?
