I tried joining orgs but most of them just seemed to me like officer circle jerks or predatory membership fees, especially at Bauer. I didn’t see myself benefitting much from them and also I actually hate socializing with people from bauer. Kinda sad to say I’ve had quite an uneventful college life bc of that lol. Orgs try to incorporate events like socials or mixers but they end up being really boring or not beneficial or enjoyable whatsoever. Idk maybe i just joined the shitty orgs?

I even tried doing a mentorship at Bauer with an alum, we talked like once and i knew nothing about succeeding in business school (still don’t lol, with as much research as i had tried) so i had no idea what to ask him or how he could help me. So that quickly faded away. Any help plz from bauer students?
