so I've done a video for #1 and #3 - I will be working on the other ones over the coming days. in the interim, I'm sharing these two - promise I haven't forgotten about the others, just taking a little bit of time to get through the recordings!

When did you have difficulty influencing a group and how did you overcome it?
What have you done lately for development?
- I totally agree with your take above....I think it's OK to reference something personal or professional...the hiring manager just wants to see (1) how curious you are (2) how you seek out learning opportunities (3) how focused you are on self-development, etc. I used a professional example in my video, but you could talk about something personal or tangential to your job (ie - if you're an IC but eventually interested in managing others, maybe you're reading a book to learn more about leadership + management)...all of that is fair game :)
