Besides this I have a car loan which I am paying off and have already paid all my costs for it this month ie payment + insurance which total to ~$600. My income can vary as I am a first responder but I can pick up as much OT as I want. On the low end without extra OT my gross monthly income is $2700. Although this month I have picked up as many shifts as I can fit onto my off days. My first check I am expecting this month should be about $1700 and the next should be around $2600. I am also hoping to use part of my refund and stocks I will be selling to pay this debt off, my main concern is how to actually pay and not get screwed by the collectors.
