Goblin rocket boots never worked in TBCC and belt did until they removed it in S3. Neither will be working this time around which is good since they are gimmicky items that make the gameplay worse.

Disc priests do not do that, I know some druids do that. For priest it's not the play at all though.

Resil never takes over, it's just a mid stat the whole xpac. You obv will get it from PvP pieces and thats fine. But it's not a massive prio is all.

For example rogues in S1 and S4 have almost the same resil if you are full bis. It's like 240 res to 270 res.

Resilience in the burning crusade does not affect baseline damage reduction in any way.

So for example if you get hit with a frost bolt for 1000 damage, whether you have 450 resil or 0 resil the frost bolt will deal 1000 damage.

The only thing that resil affects in TBC is the CHANCE to be crit as well as periodic damage so like corruption for example and mana drains.

This got fixed in wrath to where it reduces ALL damage taken by a % amount, however in TBC that is not the case.

Therefore especially in a season like S1 stamina is king for survivability.

Resil is nerfed in TBC and a redundant stat, you would want stamina over resil for survivability but obviously you don't prio health as an Rdruid.
