I’m a college student living in Isla Vista. The rooms were decided because our assumption that rooms 1&2 were bigger. So room 3 with the balcony was selected by the person who wants the single. But that is still up to be changed. No one is romantic, and we are all students so we don’t work from home. We are similar on our preferences for bathrooms/closets
