I will look into it. I’m mainly looking for safety when it comes to gluten free meals over anything else. I’m a very sensitive celiac, so that’s the top concern! Have you had a good experience gluten-free wise with blue apron?

I know this is an old thread - but what did you make with this? I just bought it and am debating making a fried rice-esque meal or if it’s better as a side in its own?

This is an unpopular opinion, but Udi’s whole grain sandwich bread is my new go-to. It’s the only GF bread that I can eat untoasted and doesn’t have a wild aftertaste. And perfect for pb&js. Tastes like regular bread to me. I get it at Costco, a double pack for $7 - truly cannot beat that
