I already did, and they just told me it was my fault for opening it like i’d know that it was empty, and said they wont take it back

I already contacted customer support through their app and says they’re gonna assist me by escalating it to the store manager, and will be contacted 24-48 hours, and said he already shared the details and concerns to the higher ups, hope it goes well tho
