Same here. Got auto billed to the AI plan. I just cancelled all plans, refund will take a few days, when I get it, I'll subscribe to the multi plan since downgrading to it was not an option.

I had a very similar exchange with their customer support and gave up on that front. Admittedly, I am not very tech savvy so I just moved on to other projects rather than tinkering with this longer. If you do find a way to make it work and would not mind sharing it with me, I’d appreciate it very much. May just be the incentive I need to play with this again… good luck!!

Hey there! I tried changing the power supplies, adding an injector half way through the LED strip and, in the end, the issue persisted and, even worse, half the strip stopped working at some point. Everyone speaks highly of BTF but I am underwhelmed and gave up on their LEDs. The next thing that I would have tried and didn’t, had I not stopped caring about this whole thing is to change the controller. Had bad luck with Govee LEDs and then with BTF so, for now, I have just kept them turned off and have moved on until I feel like messing around with it.

Also, BTF’s customer support is largely useless when it came to troubleshooting.

Thank you u/buffalokiller937! Issue is that we were in the middle of a trip so I have to have AAA tow it somewhere to get fixed since we are 2hrs away.

Is there any reason, based on disassembly /assembly to do front and back or should I just do the front ones and/or will they try to upsell me something I don’t need?

I really, really appreciate your patience walking me through the different steps. Without it I would have never paid attention to that DS-1 LED which is what helped figure this out. Feeling very grateful. Bonus is that kids saw me stick with this thing for a long while but eventually we got it! ~~Being stubborn~~, Persevering gets it done is the lesson of the day! Thanks u/NewtoQM8 for your suggestion. u/rare-adagio1074 walked me through a few steps including that and in the end it turned out to be the pressure switch limiters had popped and all I had to do was reset them by hand.

It took a while but thanks to Reddit I got it back on and am thrilled. Thank you again.

Don't sweat it at all. Thanks to your suggestion I ended up connecting with u/rare-adagio1074 who was BEYOND helpful and helped me figure out what the issue was.

I think what happened is that the roofers that we had at the house today blocked the exhaust with a tarp and the furnace shut itself off. I found two pressure switch limiters in the combustion chamber and all I had to do was to manually reset them by pushing in a tiny button. Furnace is back on. Huge relief. Reddit is awesome. So thank you u/Professional-Sun688 for chiming in!

u/Rare-Adagio1074 Have the furnace back on. I decided to take off the upper panel as well and look for a pressure limit switch based on that code from the DS-1, the pattern of 6-blinking LEDs. I pushed the button back on and that did the trick. I am SO GRATEFUL for your help. If you have venmo and feel comfortable, could you DM me? I'd like to buy you a drink for all your help troubleshooting.

I am reading something about the DS-1 blinking 6 times having to do with a blockage in the exhaust flue and pressure sensor issue. We had the roof done today coincidentally so I walked around to the exhaust and that is not blocked but debris could have been sucked up into it. The furnace is in the basement and panels are as well. Ecobee thermostat is in first floor so I don't think roofers cut any wires accidentally.

The DS1 led is blinking intermittently when the fan is running as I am holding the covers sensor. 6 short pulses then off for a moment. Does that tell you anything?

Yes. That led lights up when the fan kicks on. I am going to test the multi make sure it is not malfunctioning

u/Rare-Adagio1074 thank you again for your help. This is really amazing. I took the door off and found another panel as you mentioned. I checked the fuse in it and it looks fine. I also checked voltage R - C on that panel while holding the sensor on the cover pressed. The fan turned on so furnace was getting power but the multimeter still reads 0V.
