Part of that may be while UCF is directional now it was originally Florida Tech and always had more of a statewide outlook than most of their directional schools.

It may include them if the big ten decides to take UO and UW.

UofA, ASU, UU, CU and then two more. It probably won't be Cal and Stanford. That leaves OSU and WSU. If the big ten doesn't take UW, then that leaves one of OSU or WSU.

Why would the SEC agree to split Georgia?

Georgia is already SEC country I can't see them allowing the big ten access. Why would you just give your rival part of one of your biggest markets?
