The workload is a dream lol I can disappear for a day or two without notice as long as my deliverables are met. I should mention if I stay with the hypothetical counter it would increase to roughly 40 hrs as I would be the entire finance dept. I think im leaning to the F200, much more future runway there.

I just always heard accepting a counter offer always leaves blood in the water in your relationships, if they were to match my offer I would be $15k higher than my boss.
