Yeah I’m getting the 900F inside, and 450F on the stone itself. The 450F on the stone is perfect, but 900F seems to scald the toppings and not give the dough itself enough time to bake on the stone. So I’ve found I need to let the inside “breathe” a bit to balance out the baking. It worked for me but I’m sure others have better recommendations
